Successful Business Intelligence Implementation for Abu Dhabi Housing Authority

In line with the Abu Dhabi government’s strategic agenda and vision, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) plays a pivotal role in implementing housing programs and managing applications for citizens in Abu Dhabi. One of ADHA’s key achievements is streamlining the application process by harnessing the power of information linked to the Emirates ID. This transformative project encompassed data analysis, data cleansing at the government level, and consultation on Master Data Management and Data Governance. It culminated in the establishment of the Data Management Office in alignment with Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (ADDMS) Standards. The implementation unfolded in multiple phases, meticulously addressing ADHA’s evolving business needs.
